From our modern practice in Petts Wood, we provide orthodontic treatment for all ages – from NHS care for eligible under-18s to the latest ‘invisible’ braces for adults. Our aim is to provide you with an exceptional level of care – not to mention fantastic results – in a friendly and professional setting.
We are a husband-and-wife team, with decades of experience between us and both registered as specialist orthodontists with the General Dental Council. We only provide orthodontic treatment – so all our time is spent straightening teeth and creating beautiful smiles.
This means we have the skill and experience to treat the most complex orthodontic problems, including those that require joint treatment with other specialists.
The practice is fully computerised and equipped with the latest digital radiography system. We have disabled access and are conveniently located close to Petts Wood High Street.
Petts Wood Orthodontics was originally established in Bickley by Dr Philip Ellisdon, more than 30 years ago. Philip was the local consultant orthodontist for many years, serving Orpington Hospital, Queen Mary Hospital and King’s College Hospital, before his retirement from hospital service in 2009. In 2008 the practice moved to its current home in Petts Wood as Exclusively Orthodontics.
We both trained under Philip in the hospital service and worked alongside him in the practice for over 15 years before taking ownership in 2016. It is now our mission to continue to provide the high standard of care for which the practice is renowned.
